Group Walks

 Women of Worth group walks are scheduled daily. We walk at three different trails in Americus, paved/non-paved surfaces each month. One week out of the month we have a “solo week” where you follow daily solo activities. These solo challenges are meant to build confidence, discipline, keep your mind strong and foster more 1-on-1 prayer time to deepen your relationship with the Lord.

Walk and Talk Your Way to Wellness

Our group walks are great opportunities to get outdoors and also build friendships in community. You also get added insight from your wellness coach, Jen, and it's a great time to ask questions! Whether it be related to food, sleep, weight, stress, kids, spiritual matters, or other wellness or even non-wellness topics, no question goes without answer! It's a great time to identify goals and work to achieve them through meaningful conversation and fellowship among friends.

How long are walks?

Walks will last 45-60 minutes to make sure we respect everyone's schedule. If there are times that fit your schedule better, please let us know! We want to make sure we have the best walking schedule for the whole group.

What if I walk slow?

We ALL walk at a different pace. But during our walks, we stay together to make sure we have good conversation between everyone in the group. Nobody gets left behind, and don't ever feel like you're slowing someone down.

Fellowship and fun!

The important thing to remember is no matter the pace, we are moving our bodies, we are outside getting that good Vitamin-D, we are learning from one another, growing stronger in each step and we are having fun!
