Women of Worth is a place where women of any age can connect and grow stronger spiritually, physically, mentally, and emotionally. In this group, you have other like-minded women in your corner to build confidence, assurance, and create space to deepen your faith in Christ which lays the foundation for good health and wellness. God expects us to take care of our bodies to live a long, healthy and joy-filled life, to do the work He has called each of us to do! Women of Worth creates the space to do just that!
Group walks will continue daily! In January, we will start a monthly Bible study including a wellness chat - conversations on topics such as food, weight, stress, sleep, spiritual growth. In February, we will start a quarterly craft night. Other things coming... online resources and engagement in our private Facebook group including online devotionals, weekly scriptures, stretching sessions, wellness tips and other content you can access anytime. 1-on-1 coaching is also available: As a Women of Worth member, you receive a discount for 1-on-1 coaching. There is an option, the "Women of Worth Coaching Huddle" which is a monthly 45-minute 1-on-1 wellness coaching session. For these sessions, you will meet (in-person or virtual) with your certified wellness coach Jen, to work on specific wellness goals you want to reach. This plan is $45/month which includes your in-person or online . Coaching sessions can be done either in-person or virtual. Group walks are scheduled daily. Once you sign up for membership, you will receive an e-mail within 24 hours to get access to our "Wellness Walk Members" only web page where you can download the schedule and access other info. We do not post the detailed schedule publicly as an added layer of safety for our group. Three weeks out of every month, we walk at three different trails in Americus, paved/non-paved surfaces. One week out of the month there is a “solo week” where you follow the daily activities solo. These challenges are meant to build self-confidence, keep your mind strong and foster more 1-on-1 prayer time to build a strong relationship with the Lord. Also, when a month with five weeks occurs, we will schedule walks for that week at one of the trails!

Walks will last 45-60 minutes to make sure we respect everyone's schedule. If there are times that fit your schedule better, please e-mail me and let me know your thoughts. We want to make sure we have the best walking schedule for the whole group.
We ALL walk at a different pace. But during our walks, we stay together to make sure we have good conversation between everyone in the group. Nobody gets left behind, and don't ever feel like you're slowing someone down. The important thing to remember is no matter the pace, we are moving our bodies, we are outside, we are learning from one another, and growing stronger in each step.
