God gave us one body. And with our one body he also gives us the responsibility to take care of it. With Jesus At the Center you will learn how to set SMART God-goals and achieve them through consistency. You will learn what a Biblical wellness vision is, write your own, and create a wellness vision board to help keep you aligned on your journey. You will also start your own prayer journal (we will have stickers and fun things you can add to the pages as you get started). Also get tips to stay consistent all in a fun learning environment with other like-minded women. You will have plenty of resources to take home to help you succeed all year!
