Simply put - life is better together! There are so many benefits of taking a walk outside in God's creation - spiritually, physically, mentally and emotionally. Add the support and companionship of having other like-minded women accompany you - and it builds confidence, assurance, is a great way to keep your body moving for a longer, healthier and more joy-filled life.
In these group walks, you will be able to build new friendships and get valuable insight from your wellness coach, Jen. It's a great time to ask questions and get them answered! Whether it be food, weight, stress, kids, sleep, spiritual matters, or other wellness-related topics, no question goes without answer! It's also a time to identify some personal goals and work to achieve them through meaningful conversation and good fellowship among friends.

Every month after your initial sign-up, at this level you get all the member perks, merch, and discounts. There is no 1-on-1 wellness coaching session with this membership level.
The first step is signing up for membership and choosing your level - either Walking + Coaching or Walking w/out Coaching. Sign-up is a one-time thing and includes the first month of walks as well as all the membership perks (details below). Following months you will receive an invoice via e-mail for the level you choose (either $45 or $20 / billed monthly). There is no annual fee - you are not locked into any type of contract, meaning if at some point you decide you want to leave the group, you may do so at any time (but we would surely miss you)! As a wellness walk member you receive lots of goodies from welcome merch, member perks, coaching discounts, access to events, and more! See all the details below!
At the Walking + Coaching member level, walk as much as you want when walks are scheduled. Walks will be 30-40 minutes on our local public trails. This option does include a 1-on-1 monthly 45-minute wellness coaching 'huddle'. For these sessions, you will meet with your certified wellness coach Jen, to work on specific wellness goals you want to reach. And you get all the good membership perks too!
At the Walking w/out Coaching member level, walk as much as you want when walks are scheduled. Walks will be 30-40 minutes on our local public trails. This option does not include a 1-on-1 monthly 45-minute wellness coaching ‘huddle’. This is a great option if you want accountability, fellowship and peace-of-mind in walking with other like-minded women. And you get all the good membership perks too!
Group walks are scheduled daily. Once you sign up for membership, you will receive an e-mail within 24 hours to get access to our "Wellness Walk Members" only web page where you can download the schedule and access other info. We do not post the detailed schedule publicly as an added layer of safety for our group. Three weeks out of every month, we walk at three different trails in Americus, paved/non-paved surfaces. One week out of the month there is a “solo week” where you follow the daily activities solo. These challenges are meant to build self-confidence, keep your mind strong and foster more 1-on-1 prayer time to build a strong relationship with the Lord. Also, when a month with five weeks occurs, we will schedule walks for that week at one of the trails!

Walks will last 35-45 minutes to make sure we respect everyone's schedule. If there are times that fit your schedule better, please e-mail me and let me know your thoughts. We want to make sure we have the best walking schedule for the whole group.
We ALL walk at a different pace. But during our walks, we stay together to make sure we have good conversation between everyone in the group. Nobody gets left behind, and don't ever feel like you're slowing someone down. The important thing to remember is no matter the pace, we are moving our bodies, we are outside, we are learning from one another, and growing stronger in each step.
