As a faith-based, certified health and wellness coach, speaker, writer and published author, Jen's words of inspiration serve as a reminder that regardless of where you are on your health and wellness journey, God is faithful. He will walk alongside you and help you navigate through every season, together.

Small group settings are a great place to go deeper in our faith walk with the Lord. As Jen leads, she keeps the group engaged through discussion, interesting questions, and a fun environment where the conversations flow to create community.
Breakout sessions are shorter gatherings where participants at a larger event such as a conference “break out” into smaller groups. As Jen leads the session, she gets the group involved with engaging activities leading to deeper conversation and participation on a sub-topic.
Workshops or retreats are interactive sessions designed to guide a group through a process that will lead to effective outcomes. As Jen leads workshops, she engages participants and fosters their active involvement through hands-on and collaborative activities.
