Jen has a passion to bring hope and encouragement to the hearts of women as they journey through the day to day rhythms of life. As a faith-based, certified health and wellness coach, speaker, writer and published author, Jen's words of inspiration serve as a reminder that regardless of where you are on your health and wellness journey, God is faithful. He will walk alongside you and help you navigate through every season, together.

Breakout sessions are shorter gatherings where participants at a larger event such as a conference   “break out” into smaller groups. As Jen leads the session, she gets the group involved with engaging activities leading to deeper conversation and participation on a sub-topic.
